Break-In Rides are paced by 45 minutes of beat-bumpin' music and varied moves designed to tone your arms and legs, and engage your core. It also includes a weighted portion, and is perfect for riders of any skill level. After all, even the experts had to start somewhere!
Barre Classes are 45 minute ballet-inspired, core centered, beat driven class. Clients will use isometric, non-impact and dynamic movements to help tone, shape and strengthen their body while practicing mindfulness. This class requires barre socks and a yoga mat
This 45-minute class will alternate between music-driven cardio on the tread and total-body strength training on the floor, keeping you (and your muscles!) engaged.You can expect upper-body exercises, core and glute work. All members must wear sneakers for this class.

Our Rhythmic boxing classes are 45 minutes long and all to the beat of the music. Each class incorporates full body movements as well as floor work.
Foundations Classes are a great way for beginners to get a "taste" of a full-length class. These classes are designed to help new riders setup their bike, learn the proper form and the positions on the bike.
