The name The Stables comes from the word Stability. Our goal is to help individuals find their balance in this chaotic world through fitness.
Our mission is more than just exercises it's about mental health. We create an atmosphere where you can thrive and focus on battling through your day to day struggles.
We aren't a gym, we are therapist in activewear here to relate, encourage and inspire
We incorporate different speeds, movements, and resistance on all of our rides which are driven by the beats of your favorite music.
Our Studios offer Rhythmic Indoor Cycling, Boxing, Barre and Tread and Tone Classes in Middletown and Rhythmic Indoor Cycling in Bethany Beach. We offer a fun, energetic, and motivating experience while focusing on stability and balance both on and off the bike.
Our playlist and classes are tailored to work the whole body and create an energy you crave. Our dark room, intense energy and motivating instructor help set the pace while you challenge yourself, encourage others and ultimately live your best life.
