Download our FREE STABLE STUDIO app off the App Store to easily book your classes. Please be mindful that some classes do wait-list. What that means, is there more people then bikes. Go ahead and add yourself to the wait-list. The list moves fast and you will get a PUSH NOTIFICATION and an email if you should get into class only if you have your notification turned on in you The Stable Studio App. Be sure to read and sign the liability waiver before entering class.
Please arrive 15 minutes before classes. You will get checked in, get a quick tour of the studio and help setting up your bike. Please wear flat sneakers or cycling shoes with SPD clips. Shoes rentals are $3 for members and $5 for non members. Please always wear flat sneakers, if you are renting in the event we do not have your size.
BIKE SETUP- Please make sure an instructor helps you set up your bike. We want you to be comfortable.
HYDRATION: drink often during the class, you'll lose lots of water through sweating.
SAFETY: our classes are appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Like with any new fitness routine, consult your doctor before starting a new fitness program. Our Motivators (a.k.a. instructors) will inspire you to push yourself, but always listen to your body and work at a comfortable pace. If feeling dizzy or nauseous, stop and let your Motivator know right away, and follow up with your medical provider .
