Break-In Rides are paced by 45 minutes of beat-bumpin' music and varied moves designed to tone your arms and legs, and engage your core. It also includes a weighted portion, and is perfect for riders of any skill level. After all, even the experts had to start somewhere!
Foundations Classes are a great way for beginners to get a "taste" of a full-length class. These classes are designed to help new riders setup their bike, learn the proper form and the positions on the bike.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class so the instructors can properly set you up on your bike. Bring water and make sure you hydrate before, during and after class. Please wear flat sneakers or SPD compatible spin shoes. Fitted clothing is important so nothing gets caught in the flywheel. Please note: We have two different sized bikes. If you consider yourself a tall person please choose one of the taller bikes.
